Javier Sánchez ​is Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Authorized Auditor by IMCP and Registered Tax and Accounting  Expert with in the Federal Tax Court.

Javier leads the tax compliance practice of DDL in the following projects:

• Audited  Reports  for the Sale of Shares (Dictamen).

• Quantitative Analysis for Business  Transactions .

• Audited Reports for Public Contracts  (PEMEX).

• Annual Tax Returns of Family Offices.

• Foreign Tax Credit Calculations

• Expert Witness Testimonies with the Tax Court.

Javier also coordinates the elaboration of transfer pricing reports in related party transactions to satisfy  the arm´s length principle.
