Law Student (currently in the 3rd year at Escuela Libre de Derecho,  Mexico).

Juan Paulo provides legal counsel in the structuring of corporate entities, including S.A.P.I., S. de R.L., and S.A. de C.V., with a focus on compliance, anti-money laundering, and corporate governance.

He is also involved in the preparation of corporate minutes, powers of attorney,

and various notarial documents, as well as the appointment of delegates. 

His expertise lies in advising on complex corporate structures and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance for clients across various sectors.
